Kevin is a Financial Planning Partner advising personal and corporate clients mainly in the South of England.
Kevin is a Certificate level Member of the Personal Finance Society and is a Fellow of the Institute of Insurance Consultants, a Fellow of the Property Consultants Society and a Fellow of the Corporation of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is also an Associate of the Society of Will Writers.
With a background in engineering, cost control and management, Kevin has a keen eye for detail, which he meticulously applies to tax saving strategies, the financial planning process and financial engineering solutions for his individual clients. By imparting his business management skills and knowledge to Business Owners and Directors, he helps his clients grow their businesses, and manage their resources and assets to the maximum advantage, without losing it all to the taxman.
Kevin began his career in financial services in 1984, having previously qualified as a Civil Engineer. After initially working for an international investment institution, he joined an independent brokerage in 1985 with responsibility for managing a number of offices throughout Somerset and Dorset. In 1986 Kevin set up Wiltshire Financial Services Ltd, a local firm of Independent Financial Advisors. The practice quickly expanded, with offices being opened in Melksham, Bristol and South Wales, followed by associate offices in Westbury and Bridgwater. Kevin is experienced in advising business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals, and has responsibility for managing the practice’s corporate client relationships.
In addition to sitting as a non-Executive Director on a number of Boards, Kevin also serves on the investment panels for a number of charities, and is an active member of the Institute of Financial Planning. Kevin is a member of a local baptist church and a school governor, and among his other interests he lists DIY, hill walking and motor cycling. Kevin lives in Wiltshire with his wife, Miriam, and their three children.
